Warning: Fake Online Shops!

Unfortunately, we have discovered that there are fake online shops pretending to be Liegewiese Familienbetten and selling products in our name that they do not possess. They present themselves as retailers of our range, but have nothing to do with us.

How to spot a fake online shop

If you land on a page that claims to be Liegewiese Familienbetten and/or to sell our products, there are a few red flags you can look out for.

1. Errors in the web address

2. Inappropriate product descriptions & different languages

Does an online shop contain texts in multiple languages simultaneously? Do the product descriptions not match the product shown or are they too generically worded? These can be indicators of a fake shop. We always strive to make the information about our products as clear and detailed as possible – even when you are visiting, for example, the English-language version of our website.

3. Missing contact information or contact information outside the EU

We are a German company with our headquarters in Dessau-Roßlau, where we also manufacture our furniture. We also operate our customer service by email and telephone exclusively from here. If you find no contact information or suspicious contact information abroad on a website, if telephone numbers are missing, or if the company address is absent, it may be a fake provider.

4. The online shop does not link to our social media accounts

We are currently active on Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and YouTube. Fake shops usually have no interest in linking to official profiles. Therefore: Feel free to stop by and visit us!
